This presentation will focus on how and when to deploy visual management techniques for various audiences and provide examples of visual management tools.

About the speaker: Leigh Roche, BSN, MBA, RN, LSSBB, CPPS, CPHQ, is the Regulatory Manager at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.  Leigh has been in Quality for over 18 years with a primary focus on patient safety and regulatory readiness.
